A professional standard for operating on MotorMova. Registration is free. These rules protect customers, maintain fair competition, and help transporters build a verified reputation. Access to the platform does not guarantee jobs, earnings, or a minimum volume of work.
Transporters must maintain a neutral presence on the platform. No company names, phone numbers, email addresses, website links, branding, or watermarks may appear in usernames, quotes, messages, or profile images. Contact details unlock only after a customer accepts a quote through MotorMova.
Messaging before quote acceptance must remain booking-related. Transporters may clarify job details and availability but must not request off-platform contact or attempt to divert work. Any attempt to move work off-platform before acceptance is prohibited.
Step 1 – Submit your quote on the job listing.
Step 2 – The customer accepts the quote and pays MotorMova’s booking fee.
Step 3 – Contact details unlock for both parties.
Step 4 – Complete the job as agreed.
Step 5 – Mark the job as delivered and request confirmation.
Jobs completed outside the platform are not protected and do not generate verified reviews.
Profile visibility depends on completed on-platform jobs, verified feedback, response time, and communication quality. Founding Transporter status recognises early participation but does not override performance-based ranking. Off-platform work reduces verified activity and may affect long-term visibility.
Registration as a MotorMova transporter is free. Transporters set their own prices and control their margins. Customers pay MotorMova’s booking fee when accepting an offer. The remaining agreed transport balance is paid directly to the transporter after delivery. MotorMova does not dictate per-mile rates. Delivery is complete when the job is marked delivered in the dashboard and/or confirmed by the customer. Transporters must not misrepresent delivery status or demand the full remaining balance before delivery unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Transporters must operate legally, maintain valid and appropriate insurance, provide the business and verification documents requested during onboarding, keep those records current, and communicate professionally. Fraud, misrepresentation, aggressive conduct, repeated cancellations, or circumvention attempts may result in suspension.
A first confirmed breach results in a formal warning. A second confirmed breach may result in suspension or removal. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without warning.
Founding Transporter status recognises transporters who join during MotorMova’s early UK launch. Founding transporters may receive guided onboarding, advance notice of relevant platform improvements, and opportunities to provide direct feedback. This status does not guarantee jobs, earnings, minimum work volumes, or preferential ranking.
MotorMova provides access to available transport opportunities but does not guarantee work or earnings. Stay compliant, build trust, and grow through verified platform activity.
